Single/multi-layer Metal Gasket
◇Stainless steel has excellent temperature, fatigue and corrosion resistance, and can be used to produce cylinder gaskets, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, EGR, turbochargers and other applications with high mechanical stress and heat resistance requirement. The gasket structure is divided into single layer and multiple layers.

Cylinder Head Gasket
The raw material of the cylinder gasket can be selected according to working conditions and cost requirements. There are Metal composite with paper facing, Graphite composite sheet, Multi-layer metal gasket, Metal gasket with Rubber and etc.

Cross-section Reinforced Fiber Gasket
A special sealing material to be applied on the cross-section of gasket (cross-section position refer to the gasket body which directly contact with sealing medium and exposed outside to the air). When the sealing material is fully cured, all micro pores on the cross section of gasket can be plugged, so as to effectively prevent sealing medium leakage and then improve the sealing performance. Cross-section seals are suitable for the following applications:
* Uneven flange surface
* Rough or unfinished polished flange surface
* Uneven distribution of high shear stress load
