Rubber Coated Metal Material -RCM
The type of sealing material applied uniformly rubber coating on the surface of base metal steel through a specific production process. It has good heat resistance and long-term durability, as well as a very low compression permanent deformation rate. Compared with traditional non-metallic sealing materials, RCM has relatively long service life, it is usually used in application for higher pressure, higher temperature and stricter sealing requirements.

RUBBER COATINGS

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) |
a synthetic rubber with excellent resistance to oils, coolant, fuel, refrigerant and other fluids. NBR offers superior abrasion resistance for metal steel adhesion. Heat resistance up to 200°C in clamped state application. |

Same characteristics of NBR, with the special benefit of higher conformance to rough sealing surfaces and lower clamp load applications. |

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FOAMED RUBBER METAL MATERIAL?
◇ The spongy foamed rubber provides high sealing ability for the rough surface.
◇ With superior compression and recovery characteristics, it can make up for the sealing problems caused by the fluctuation and roughness of the flange surface.
◇ The gasket metal steel body makes narrow edge gasket much more stiffer and not easy to lead deformation and crack.
