Non-metallic Sealing Gasket Material

Teamful beater-addition process fiber gasket material was independently developed by Teamful Sealing Technology. We use water as a dispersing medium and the material was made from pulping, mixing, dewatering, forming and curing process. Compared with compressed jointing process, the beater paper fourdrinier production line does not use any organic solvents and environmental unfriendly materials, it use water as the medium. The material has uniform and stable structure as well as excellent performance. It has fine and smooth surface and can be produced in rolls or cut into sheets. It has excellent compressibility and recovery so as to provide high sealing ability for the low clamp force and pressure.
